Another initiative of Matchroom organization of Barry Hearn, a non-ranking tournament which was held in 2008. The event was staged in Crondon Park Golf Club in Stock, Essex since 2008-2016. Later on, the event is held in Ricoh Arenat, Coventry, England.
The matches are played with no audience and are broadcast via the internet. Money is offered for every frame of the match.
The 25 players are drawn in eight groups of seven players. The top 4 qualifies to the winners' group and the rest are eliminated. The playoffs take place among the qualifiers of the winners' group. The semi-finalists, the runner-up and the winner of the playoffs are awarded higher cash prizes. In the starting seasons, the knockouts were played over the best of 4 frames out of which some resulted in draws.
Later in,2010, all the matches are played over the best of 5 frames to decide a winner.
