First commenced in 1978, the Champion of Champions is a non-ranking tournament which was held in London, England.
The tournament was then terminated which was resurrected by Matchroom organization.
Since 2013, the event is held at Coventry with the total prize fund of £300,000 out of which £100,000 is the winner's share.
Since its revival, Ronnie O'Sullivan has won it for a record 3 times in 2013,2014 and 2018.
